Financial Qualification
Minimum net worth of $250,000 and liquid assets of at least $80,000 to ensure you can support initial investment and operational needs.
Business Experience
Prior management or ownership experience preferred, though not required. A passion for food and hospitality is essential.
Location Commitment
Willingness to be an active owner-operator or have a qualified manager in place. We require genuine commitment to the local community.
Training Participation
All franchisees and designated managers must complete our full training program before opening. This is non-negotiable and foundational to success.

We'll provide you with our full FDD — a legally required document that gives complete transparency into financials, obligations, and the terms of your franchise agreement.
Week 2–3Discovery Day Visit
Visit our headquarters and an operating location. Meet the leadership team, experience our culture firsthand, and ask the hard questions before committing.
Week 4–5Sign Agreement & Begin Training
Once approved, you'll sign the franchise agreement, pay the franchise fee, and begin our comprehensive 6-week training program covering all aspects of running your location.
Month 2Site Selection & Build-Out
Our real estate team helps you identify and secure the ideal location. We support you through lease negotiation, design approvals, contractor selection, and construction oversight.
Month 3–5Grand Opening!
Our team will be on-site for your first week of operations — managing staff training, marketing activation, and ensuring a flawless launch that creates buzz in your community.
